It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

About time too...I've been so behind...this is the first time I've done most of our decorating on Christmas Eve! We've had the tree up for a few weeks, but the mantle and nativity and all were just done.
These chairs and ottoman are ones I got at an auction for $15. I was going to sell them, but I don't think so now. They are so comfy and really nice quality Berne pieces.
This is our cute little nephew. Isn't Christmas with a little cowboy just more fun?
He loves to watch old Roy Rogers and Lone Ranger shows. We got him boots and Nana and Papa gave him the guitar.

Hawkeye opening his present.

Merry Christmas everyone!

You home looks so beautiful and I would not sell those chairs and ottoman either! Love your new family member. A family is just not complete without a dog.

Merry Christmas to you too.
Your nephew reminds me of my boys, they loved to get cowboy gear. Your tree looks beautiful.

Your house looks beautiful! We would have come to visit this evening, but the movie was looooooong and we didn't want to keep you up.

Aaron had an outfit just like your nephew's when he was little. We would take him dressed that way to the nursing home to visit grandpa and he would entertain the residents. LOL

Thanks for visiting my blog and reading all my ramblings. I don't know when to quit sometimes. I added you to my blog list, too. You can bet I'll be visiting. Lovely home you have and I love the chairs and ottomans, too. Keep 'em! Vickie

I was just looking through Hawkeye posts, and came across this one (yes, slow days at work allow me to surf the internet lots!) and let me tell you - I just want to come live at your house!! It looks so inviting and comfy and decorated beautifully! I have some Polish blood in me, which tends to mean that I have zero matching skills - I'll have to enlist the help of an interior decorator for our place because I just want to it feel more like a home than just a house, but if you're back in Daytona one day, fell free to stop by and give me some pointers.
Beautiful family too :)
