Love this little video.. it's about learning and enjoying the process and not giving up too easily. Oh and hula hooping. But mostly it's about learning...and applies to just about everything!
Let's see...I can make it go around my waist...yea!!! :D

Thank you for sharing this. I am writing an article about being willing to do poorly and don't quit until you can do well. This was inspiring.
I know I have a hoop here somewhere. If I dreamed I could again have a waistline (and hips) like that... oh the years I have wasted!
I hope you make one and try it out! They are much easier to use the the little dime-store kind. I'm with you on the hips....I'd love to move like that!
